Trump's Granddaughter Receives Professional Advice from Tiger Woods Ahead of LPGA First Appearance

Emerging athlete getting ready for major tournament

The rising star boasts impressive online following

Kai Trump will have multiple prominent cheerleaders as she begins her first LPGA appearance on Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who is related to Donald Trump, was granted a tournament invitation to participate at Florida's Annika event in the Sunshine State.

The former president, an avid golfer, owns several international courses and often plays against Kai.

"He's fairly competent. I can't reveal details but we play competitive games," she stated.

The golfer shared that her grandfather, who cannot attend, counseled her: "Simply avoid anxiety."

"My grandpa basically advised me to go out there and enjoy myself," she continued.

"From my perspective, he's simply a regular grandfather. He won't be there for the tournament. He's occupied with running the country, so he's quite busy."

Being non-professional, the golfer has competed in a mere three competitions this year and holds the 461st position in AJGA rankings.

However she's able to seek guidance from Tiger Woods, who is dating her mother.

"He represents the top athlete globally," Kai stated.

"Furthermore, he's an even better individual. He told me to go out there, relax, following the flow."

She'll challenge several most prominent players in women's golf at this tournament, such as second-ranked the champion, England's golfer Hull, professional Thompson and last year's winner champion Vu.

Tournament organizers stated that her participation helps introduce golf to new audiences, specifically among the next generation.

Kai has a massive following and has started an exclusive apparel and wellness label.

Her first tee time at late afternoon GMT.
